Sanna's Bag

“I never seem to have what I need when I need it. I’m going to make a belt-bag that’s bigger on the inside than on the outside, and just carry everything with me.”

not a week to vegetate

(Took the camera to the grocery store. lots of fun colors and textures there)
It's finals week. I have to leave home a bit early and stay at work a bit longer and posting will be brief and at speed if at all. But it's nice to get a bit more $$ in the bank.

DH spoiled me this weekend. He bought me an I-pod. Now I need to borrow a fifteen-year-old to train me in its use. I did manage to upload all the Lime and Violet podcasts for starters. I had no idea they were so long! Now I need to learn how to delete as I listen to them so there'll be room for music. And I'll have to figure which music I want. Mason Williams and Jimmy Buffet and Ralph Vaugh Williams for sure. What's your fave?

Try the Stitch It! podcast and YarnSpinner's Tales. Of course, Cast On is wonderful, too. And check the library, they have TONS of free downloadable audio books.

I haven't done pod casts yet. I really should since I do have about six hours of listening time a day.

My variety in music ranges quite a bit. I love listening to THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA music! So sensual! At least for me!!
I also love the oldies in rock, like Crosby, Stills, Nash & Youn; the Doobie Brothers; Chicago; Moody Blues; Beach Boys, The Eagles, Santana, Steve Miller Band, etc.
And I love Linda Rondstadt, John Denver, James Taylor, Maria Muldaur, Rightous Brothers, Harry Chapin, Jim Croce, Simon & Garfunkel, Seals & Crofts,.... I could go on and on!!
    I just enjoy music!

I think I need to listen to Rose's Ipod - some of my favorite choices. I like the oldies too.

Oh don't limit yourself to Lime and Violet. They can be a bit wearing if taken all at once.

Try Stash and Burn and Cast On. Two of the very best. OK, the best.

Also, they should delete once played, the next time you update your ipod. If they don't, there's a box you can tick that will make sure it happens. The manual will tell you.
