Oh gee it WAS purty, wasn't it? Oh well - it grows.
Dominique Browning wrote a wonderful essay in the New York Times a couple of months ago about women of a certain age and hair color pigmentation letting their hair grow long. You should read it and be proud of your beautiful hair! But it looks nice shorter, too!
Your hair has such nice waves and curls. It looks beautiful framing your face like that.
When I fell and dislocated my ankle, the bruising went all the way up to my hip. I was a Monet of bruising for a long time. Bodies are fascinating things.
